Throughout the festival week, we honor what makes Norwegian seafood so unique – sustainable, fresh, and flavorful ingredients straight from the ocean. On the menu, you’ll find everything from classic favorites to innovative dishes, all designed to showcase the richness of the sea at its finest. This is a week where the ocean’s delicacies take the spotlight!

26 North Restaurant
As part of the celebration, we also highlight 26 North Restaurant, located at Royal Garden hotel in Trondheim. Inspired by Nordic ingredients and the sea’s delights, the restaurant offers a unique culinary experience in the heart of the city. With a focus on local and sustainably sourced ingredients, you can savor dishes that truly honor the Nordic cuisine.
