Adnan Karim comes to Oslo with an entirely new performance. This time, he invites you on an enchanting journey of love – an experience filled with music and poetry that touches the heart.

Adnan Karim, the most prominent traditional Kurdish singer of our time, portrays the many dimensions of love with a musical elegance that is both timeless and contemporary. His music is deeply rooted in Kurdish culture and inspired by classical 19th-century poetry, where themes such as love, philosophy, and the history of the Kurdish people are interwoven into every melody.

On stage, he is joined by the Hezaravaz Ensemble, led by the brilliant composer Azad Mirzapour, who guides the audience through this journey of love. Mirzapour blends traditional Kurdish and Persian melodies with modern expressions, creating – together with Adnan Karim and the ensemble – a musical fusion that moves both heart and soul.
