Welcome to Trondheim Soloists' afterwork on November 21st at Dokkhuset! This is the second afterwork with the Trondheim Soloists this fall, and this time we have violist Eivind Ringstad with us 🎶

Ringstad is one of Scandinavia's leading young violists. He won NRK's ​​Virtuoso and EBU's international competition in 2012, and has since played with orchestras such as the Oslo Philharmonic, BBC Philharmonic and the Norwegian Chamber Orchestra. He is a sought-after chamber musician at festivals in Norway and internationally, and plays a Guadagnini viola from 1768 on loan from Dextra Musica. 

This evening you will hear Bartók's lively Romanian Folk Dances and his masterful Divertimento, as well as Sinding's Suite in the Old Style, Op. 10
