ALEXANDER DOLGOV
Guitarist, composer and singer Dolgov has settled in Toruń, Poland, and his musical career has taken off again. Alexander comes from Kharkiv and has a long history behind him, including several awards from the USA.
When Russia invaded Ukraine more than three years ago, Alexander had to flee everything he owned. The studio he had built up over many years is no more and his parents' home has been destroyed. The European Blues Union awarded him a Special Award during the European Blues Challenge 2023 and in 2024 he was engaged to be on the jury in the same event that took place in Portugal.
