Amanda Knox - Truth Matters

Amanda Knox in conversation with Sarah Natasha Melbye

The history of Amanda Knox split the world - was she guilty or innocent? She was an ordinary, American college student who had moved to Perugia, Italy to study languages. One morning in late 2007 her world turned upside-down when she came home and found that the door to her house had been forced open, windows had been broken and there blood in the bathroom. When the police arrived the found Amanda's British roommate brutally murdered.

Suspicion soon fell on Amanda and her Italian boyfriend. That was the beginning of a seven-year-long nightmare that only ended when Amanda was found innocent by the highest court in Italy. On 22 October, she will tell her fateful history in a conversation with Sarah Natasha Melbye at Folketeateret.
