Investigations of spirituality and the significance of nature in expanding human consciousness are central to both Shebeta and Sundland's artistic practices. In the exhibition An Infinite Number of Possible Worlds, they present both new and previous works that emerge from their reflections on consciousness, spirituality, and memory. This collection of individual expressions creates a dialogue between the artworks, where new narratives and connections arise.

In the piece Tseteta in Blue (Silence in Blue), thousands of glass and water beads cover the floor. The beads shift in color from light to deep blue, reflecting the surrounding light. The work explores silence as a language and functions as a "contemplative storytelling arena" inspired by ancient wisdom, connecting spirituality and traditional craftsmanship.

In The Organ Trees, Kjersti Sundland combines video, sound, and sculpture. The work is inspired by the rich mythological significance of the alder tree and explores the idea of a parallel existence, where the human life cycle is mirrored in the trees.

Mekdes Weldehanna Shebeta and Kjersti Sundland have participated in the project "Invited +1", where an artist is invited to a residency and exhibition at S12 and given the opportunity to invite another artist of their choice. The residency and exhibition production are supported by funds from Billedkunstnernes Vederlagsfond, KIN regional funds, and the City of Bergen.
