A quiet and safe training form for new mothers and a social arena for the babies.
Yogaøvelsene is adapted to the female body which has recently undergone a birth, and works uplifting and energizing. We focus on pelvic and bekkenbunn, back, neck, and areas which are extra charged by birth, carrying the baby and breastfeeding. The abdominal area is slowly and gently trained, with a special focus on kjernemusklene. All of the hours framed of breathing exercises and relaxation which is extra important when sleep deprivation and recovery. The exercises stimulate the internal organs, provides increased blood circulation, improves digestion and affect hormonbalansen positive.
Yogaøvelsene is mainly for my mother, but we also take good care of their babies with singing and simple exercises where the babies can be with. After an hour passes the mother home utvilt with extra energy and the baby is good and tired after play and social interaction with other babies.
Barselyogaklassene held by yogainstruktør Hilde Ravnå Bjørnstad who has taught yoga since 2005 and has taken continuing education in yoga for pregnant women and yoga in the barseltid.
