The beginner course in Argentine tango runs over 6 Tuesdays in the winter of 2025.

The first course evening is Tuesday, January 7th at 5:30-7:00 PM, followed by a free practica/rehearsal evening from 7:00-10:00 PM.

The course is held at Tangohuset, Haakon VII's gate 23c (Lade), entrance "J".

Over the course of 6 weeks, we want to give you an introduction to Argentine tango, and build up basic skills that will enable you to go out and dance tango. At the same time, we hope that we will have 6 fun and exciting weeks with lots of laughter and a sense of mastery.

It takes two to tango? Our experience is that if there is an imbalance between the number of leaders and followers in the courses, it will be unsatisfactory for all parties. In order for you as a participant to get the most out of the courses, we therefore encourage you to register in pairs. If you do not already have a regular dance partner, we recommend that you try to find someone who would like to join you on the course. The Facebook page "Tango i trondheim og omegn" has many friendly members who may be able to help you find a partner. If you do not have a dance partner, leave the Partner field blank. You will then automatically be placed on a waiting list.

Participants in the beginner course automatically receive membership benefits in Trondheim tango club. The price is per participant. Students (not PhD) get half price.
