Benefit Concerts at the Trondheim Christmas Market
Every day at 5:00 PM, the Trondheim Christmas Market invites you to heartwarming benefit concerts – a cherished tradition that brings music and generosity together in the Advent season. These concerts support The Salvation Army’s annual Christmas fundraising efforts, with all contributions going to their important work in Trondheim. The Salvation Army provides food support, community activities, practical help, and care for people who are facing difficult circumstances. By enjoying the music and giving what you can, you help make the holiday season brighter for those who need it most.

20.12 – Centrum
On Saturday, December 20, the audience will meet Centrum, an alternative rock band made up of four 18-year-old musicians from Trondheim. Inspired by bands like Foo Fighters, Motorpsycho, and Guns N’ Roses, they deliver energetic and catchy rock right in the heart of Torvet.

Earlier this year, the band released their first EP, Hot Air Balloon, which is also available on vinyl. Centrum consists of lead vocalist and guitarist Buster Løvdal Waagø, guitarist Jakob Moe, bassist Viktor Johnson Vaagland, and drummer Peder Klingenberg Klæboe. Audiences can expect a lively concert full of youthful energy, powerful guitar riffs, and infectious rock spirit.
