Benefit Concerts at the Trondheim Christmas Market
Every day at 17:00, the Trondheim Christmas Market invites you to heartwarming benefit concerts – a cherished tradition that brings music and generosity together in the Advent season. These concerts support The Salvation Army’s annual Christmas fundraising efforts, with all contributions going to their important work in Trondheim. The Salvation Army provides food support, community activities, practical help and care for people who are facing difficult circumstances. By enjoying the music and giving what you can, you help make the holiday season brighter for those who need it most.

On Thursday, December 11, we welcome award-winning artist Therese Ulvan to the Christmas Market stage. She began her career with remarkable success when her debut album Already There led to her being named “Best Female Singer-Songwriter” by Los Angeles Women in Music. Originally from a small island on the Norwegian coast, Therese followed her dream all the way to Los Angeles – and made it come true.

She has since toured internationally, collaborated with major artists, and is currently working on her fifth album. With a voice and expression ranging from intimate vulnerability to powerful intensity, Therese creates performances that move and inspire. Her strong storytelling and emotional depth offer a moment of warmth and reflection in the winter season.
