What did music sound like in 18th century Norway? Biobarokk takes us to Bergen, the biggest city of that time. Bergen was a trade hub, which allowed for cultural impulses from many countries. Biobarokk wants to recreate some of this diversity of impulses and how they influenced music in Norway. The audience will get to hear folksy baroque music and folk music in new and old arrangements, as well as music by composers such as H. Purcell and G. P. Teleman.

Kristin Janset - recorders
Lynetta Taylor Hansen - traverso
Thomas Schoofs Melheim - theorbe
Roar Bye Blåsmo-Falnes - baroque cello
