No Christmas without a troubadour in the lavvu. Every day during the Christmas Market, the lavvu is filled with warm tones, a cozy atmosphere, and true holiday magic as our beloved troubadours take their place by the fire. This tradition has become one of the market’s most cherished experiences, where visitors can relax, enjoy a warm drink, and let the music create Christmas spirit in the heart of the city. This year, you will once again meet the same five talented artists who in previous years have brought musical moments and togetherness to the lavvu: Stig Nergård, Katrine Rømmen, Ganges Nordal, Ragnhild Risnes, and Vegard Tingstad.

Kathrine Rømmen

Kathrine Rømmen is both a solo artist and a familiar face from several bands in the Trøndelag music scene. This year, she once again joins us at the Christmas Market to help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the lavvu. With her heartfelt vocals, strong presence, and a setlist that spans both her own songs and beloved classics, Kathrine invites the audience into a musical space filled with calm, closeness, and holiday spirit.
