Breathing of all things has the greatest impact on your health. It owns the power to change the state of your whole nervous system - and state of mind. It is capable of charging you with energy, alleviating fear and stress as well as shifting your perspective on things. Even chronic pain can be a result of non-optimal breathing. Breath reveals patterns in life, affects your moods and is an important factor in successful communication with people around you.
We start the class with yoga-style movement for warming up. After that, we do a breathing / breathwork session that explores the possibilities of breathing and works as a great tool for diving deep into the body's wisdom. Wrapping the class up nicely and relaxed, we conclude with a guided breathing meditation.

The classes are suitable for all levels. Prior experience is not necessary. Especially I welcome anyone who is interested in getting more intimate with breathing and in using breathing tools for improving health.
You can buy a 5-class package with 850 kr (link below) or drop in with 250 kr / session. Yogaens Hus memberships and klippekort are accepted - so welcome! The 5-class package can be applied in any session between 8.4. and 24.6.

Sanni Parkkinen is an experienced yoga teacher (E-RYT 500) and breathwork coach coming from Finland. She’s coaching people to live happier & healthier with emphasis on physiology first - meaning that nervous system health is the key to solve many of the issues we tend to call mental. Sanni has lived and worked in various yoga ashrams and centers in India, USA and Canada. For the past three years she has immersed herself in traditional non-dual Shaiva-Shakta tantra with teachers such as Miska Käppi (close student of Acarya Bhagavan Shri Shanmukha Anantha Natha) and tantra scholar Christopher Hareesh Wallis. Her main breathwork teacher is Kasper van der Meulen.
