A calm and relaxing practice with a focus on breathing and presence. With long, soft stretches that are held over time, yin yoga contains natural elements of silence and reflection - which also gives you the opportunity to work with both concentration and patience. Presence, calmness and rest are important in everyday life. In yin yoga we focus on stillness and rest, and practice being comfortable in silence. A quiet and comfortable practice that ends with a longer deep relaxation. Here you can practice doing less, but in return be more present.
