Friday 17 October: Chemtrails Oslo + Exploding Head Syndrome. Doors open 20:00 - Concert starts at 21:00. Age limit 18 years.

CHEMTRAILS OSLO Rock from Southern Norway with obvious concentration problems, major learning disabilities and special needs.

The title of the band's first album "4Chan-MethRock" made zero sense. Other than that it was obvious that the boys from Vågsbygd were on the internet too much and would have benefited from closer monitoring at home. Unfortunately, they haven't received this. The album, however, is crap.

The follow-up album "LGBT-ADHD-MDMA" gave the "Toilet Rock" genre some masked faces to pin on, if nothing else. This was also the best album of the year despite an extremely uncooperative title. Chemtrails Oslo is paradoxically the best in most things. Except for language use and any cognitive tests. There they will naturally score low.

In 2024, the band's third full-length is on the way, along with festival appearances at, among others, Åleråkk, Løddepunk, Helsinki Must be Destroyed and Weltturbojugendtage in Hamburg. The album has yet to be given a title. However, it must be assumed that it too will be tactless and jumbled in appearance. In stark contrast to the perfect content.

In its short life, the band has shared the stage with bands such as The Dogs, Bokassa and Murder Maids and has been seen on Øyafestivalen's Club Program. All single releases from “LGBT- ADHD-MDMA” have received radio airtime on NRK P13 and has-beens such as Joddski and Thomas Seltzer have given the band a thumbs up. The band has chosen to suck on this aging candy and is reportedly very satisfied with their own efforts.

Exploding Head Syndrome: Fourteen years, six releases and a three-digit number of concerts have shaped Exploding Head Syndrome into the band they are today. The quintet has gradually become one of Norway's most experienced bands within its genre, and has played a number of club gigs and festivals both at home and abroad. Their latest release, Victims, was released last year, and the sound is immediately recognizable; hard-hitting and melodic.

Exploding Head Syndrome blends 90s punk rock with melodic hardcore. The intensity and energy from the songs is transformed into an equally, if not more, energetic live show where you can expect both stage diving and circle pits.
