Every day at 6:00 PM, the Trondheim Christmas Market fills with beautiful singing and festive cheer as choirs from across the region take the stage at Torvet. Experience everything from traditional Christmas carols to fresh and modern choral music – the perfect accompaniment to a cup of mulled wine and some holiday shopping. Stop by and let yourself be carried into the Christmas spirit with genuine choral harmonies at the heart of the city.

This evening, we welcome Sangkoret Teleklang and Heimdal Mannskor – two traditional choirs bringing warmth, good humor, and genuine singing joy.

Sangkoret Teleklang, conducted by Sonja Kristensen, consists of cheerful adults with a contagious enthusiasm. Their repertoire is varied, ranging from pop to ballads, always performed with sparkle and energy.

Heimdal Mannskor, conducted by Øystein Løvlie, was founded in 1953. At its peak, the choir had nearly 50 members, and today it consists of 17 singers in their prime. They regularly participate in festivals and take on various singing engagements, always proud of their long-standing choral tradition.
