CHRISTMAS AROUND THE WORLD – A CELEBRATION OF TRADITIONS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE

Welcome to Christmas Around the World at the Trondheim Christmas Market! Every day from 16:00–19:00, ten different countries invite you into their unique holiday traditions. Here, children and families can experience cultural heritage, stories, and Christmas activities from across the globe – shared through play, creativity, and warm encounters. Christmas Around the World creates an inclusive space where we celebrate what brings us together during the holiday season: community, curiosity, joy, and magical moments.

BOSNIA-HERZEGOVINA – DECEMBER 20th & 21st
Welcome to the Bosnia-Herzegovina Corner in the Little Tent! Children and families can explore creativity through arts and crafts. We will make Christmas tree decorations by decorating untreated wood with colors, markers, stars, bows, and Christmas stickers – inspired by Bosnian traditions.

Children can also make Christmas cards, either using printed examples with Bosnian motifs or by exploring their own creativity. Arttik Studios provides an inclusive and artistic space where everyone, regardless of age or background, can participate and enjoy the joy of creating something unique.
