Join Festive Activities for the Whole Family!

In Lillelavvoen, you can experience and take part in Christmas and holiday traditions from different countries and cultures every day. 
Christmas around the World is organized in collaboration with the Language and Culture Festival, which works to strengthen connections between cultures. We fully support their vision and are delighted that associations from all over the world are filling our Lillelavvoen with magical Christmas activities. 

All activities are drop-in, free of charge, and suitable for everyone! 
Lillelavvoen is comfortably heated and has a capacity of up to 100 people. 


Estonia: 
This year's theme for Estonia is “Christmas in the Forest”, where the hosts aim to show how much beauty can be created using what the forest has to offer. 

The small lavvu will be decorated with gnomes made from pinecones and moss, while spruce branches fill the space with the scent of the forest. 

Our Estonian hosts offer various activities, all using materials from the forest: 

- One table will be transformed into a little forest wonderland with gnomes. 
- Visitors can also make wreaths, pinecone gnomes, and paper Christmas trees. 

Our hosts hope the warm atmosphere of our Christmas workshop stays with you throughout the holiday season.
