Christmas concert with Trio no Treble

Register
Trio no Treble is again ready for the annual Christmas concert at KonsertGalleriet! What surprises do they have in store this time? Come and hear for yourself on Monday 18 December at 19:30 at Sellanraa!

Trio no Treble is, in a non-traditional way, a trio with viola, cello and double bass. A trio without a treble, only dark voices and a deep sound.
The trio consists of Lars Marius Hølås (viola), Eivind Rossbach Heier (cello) and Jostein Bolås Brødreskift (double bass).

Trio no Treble was founded in 2017, and has played many successful concerts around Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Germany and Serbia. Among other things, they have played concerts at the Ibsenhuset in Skien, Flekkefjord, Nordfjordeid, Bodø and Røst. They have also been a festival trio at Festspillene Helgeland four years in a row, as well as playing concerts in Kristiansund and at the Opera in Oslo. In the spring of 2021, they were stage musicians during the production of Czarda's Princess at the Opera in Kristiansund, and the opera in Stjørdal. In December 2021 and 2022, they were on a Christmas tour together with Bettan, Are Hembre and Trond Hustad. They have also performed on the VG list together with Mads Hansen, and in recent years they have had a musical Christmas calendar on social media. Stephen Fry himself was in one of the hatches.

Trio no Treble is known for its playful approach to both classical music and folk music, as well as its lively interpretations of new pop music. In other words, the trio plays music in all genres and for all occasions.
