ContaKids with Mari Angell-Petersen Grønnesby (age 2-5)

ContaKids is an idea and method where, with the help of physical contact and play, we can develop a deeper form of communication between parents and children. The atmosphere in a ContaKids class provides room for play and physical contact between parents and children, in a relaxed atmosphere.

With the help of various exercises, we explore new ways of moving together and find new ways of communicating. The children will strengthen skills such as balance, grip, and a good foundation for strong core muscles. Parents will gain insight into methods in which they can play physically with their children and at the same time take care of their own bodies, and they will experience a strengthened confidence in themselves and the child.
Parents and children aged 2-5 are invited to come and play, roll and run together.

It is recommended that there is always one adult per child.
