Crash course in Kung Fu and Qigong
We are open, so stop by and try KUNG FU and Qi Gong with experienced instructors:
17:00-17:45 Kung Fu for children 7-13 years old
18:00-18:45 Kung Fu for adults (14+)
19:00-19:45 Qi Gong for adults (14+)
You need an open and curious mind, a pair of sweatpants and a t-shirt.
In Kung Fu we train physical strength, balance, speed, endurance and coordination. We also train mental strength, concentration, attention, patience and endurance. We train on different sequences (patterns with techniques), self-defense, kicks, punches, falling techniques and blocks, etc. Here the body and mind are built up in step with the challenges. New courses start in mid-August and have ongoing intake throughout the fall!
In Qigong we train body, breath and mind using different movements combined into a sequence. The training is calm and gentle - for everyone. The training prevents, maintains and rehabilitates! New course starts August 24th, 2025.
