Culture Night Trondheim is the city's largest one-day festival! An annual full evening where you can experience a taste of Trondheim's rich cultural life completely free of charge; concerts, performances, courses, exhibitions and much more.

Culture Night is an evening for new discoveries and varied cultural experiences in well-known and unknown venues. We encourage everyone to visit places and cultural expressions they have not experienced before.

Tips for those of you who are new to Culture Night:

• Take the time to read the program carefully. Visit events and places you have not been before.
• Plan your Culture Night route by saving your favorites on the website by clicking on the heart icon on the event itself.
• Remember to check if any of the events require tickets/advance booking.
• Check the weather forecast, dress according to the weather. Remember that it can be much colder at midnight than when you go out, so it is a good idea to dress warmly.
• Remember to fill up on food along the way. The city center is full of good places to eat if you want to enjoy a better dinner or want simple food on the go.
• You can walk, cycle or take the bus between the places.
