Whether you’ve never danced before or already hit the floor every week – everyone’s welcome! With a low threshold and a high vibe, this is your chance to try some basic steps, dance with our instructors, or just enjoy the music and atmosphere.

SalsaNor Trondheim has built a large and welcoming dance community since 2009, focused on social dance, connection, and fun. We offer weekly classes, and every Monday we host a dance night at Me Nightclub, including a free beginner class and dancing for all!

 Dansheim – Trondheim’s House of Dance is a collective of 14 dance groups and clubs united by one mission: getting more people to dance together. Not to perform – but to feel, laugh, learn, and be truly present.

We work to bring dance forward as what it has always been – a vital part of our culture, identity, and health. Together, we want to give children, youth, and adults the chance to experience the joy of social dance, and rediscover the power of being physically present with others – without screens, without filters.

Dance is more than movement. It’s interaction, communication, and connection. Through dance, we learn about our bodies, our boundaries, and trust. We learn to be together – for real.
