 Dansheim – Trondheim’s House of Dance is a collective of 14 dance groups and clubs, all united by one mission: to get more people dancing together. Not to perform – but to feel, to laugh, to learn, and to be truly present.

We work to elevate dance as what it has always been – a vital part of our culture, identity, and health. Together, we want to give children, youth, and adults the chance to experience the joy of social dancing, and rediscover the power of being physically present with others – without screens, without filters.

Dance is more than movement. It’s interaction, communication, and relationship-building. Through dance, we learn about our bodies, boundaries, and trust. We learn how to be together – for real.
