MORE ABOUT DEEP PEACE:
Here you will arrive in a warm room with calm music and dimmed lighting. Your space is already prepared - you just need to lie down under a blanket and rest.
We start with mindfulness and some simple breathing techniques to land here and now. Followed by guided relaxation, also called Yoga Nidra, this is a pleasant meditation that will calm your body, mind and heart. We finish with music meditation with yoga sounds, where we play live music. You can now wake up and sing along, or just lie down and listen to soothing melodies.
After the course, we offer tea or other healthy snacks for those who want to chat with like-minded people.
