Didrik Solli-Tangen (born 1987) is a trained classical singer at the Barrat Due Music Institute in Oslo. He had his national breakthrough in 2010 when he won the Norwegian final of Melodi Grand Prix, with the song "My Heart Is Yours". In autumn 2017, he took part in Stjernekamp on NRK, where he got second place. In 2021, he won Maskorama on NRK disguised as the "Snømonsteret". The final was watched by over 1.2 million viewers.
For over 10 years, Didrik's powerful voice has managed to touch the entire Norwegian people, including the Royal Family. His first own Christmas song "Det Skal Bli Jul" has been A-listed on NRKP1 and he has played for sold-out concert halls all over the country. In 2021, he released "O Helga Natt" together with the Oslo Philharmonic Orchestra.
