Divna Ljubojević, together with the ensemble Melódi from Belgrade, Serbia, has contributed to preserving and promoting Orthodox church music in a unique and inspiring way. Divna Ljubojević was born in Belgrade in 1970. She began singing lessons at the age of ten at the Vavedenje Monastery and continued her studies at the Mokranjac Music School and the Music Academy in Novi Sad. In 1991, she founded the ensemble Melódi, which consists of ten singers. Melódi has held over 600 concerts worldwide, and has also recorded several albums that have received international recognition.
