​Finnish-Italian Elia Lombardini is a composer, producer and violinist who creates works floating between classical and electronic music, delicious harmonies and atonal breakdowns.

The music is composed, arranged, performed and produced by Lombardini alone. The result has been compared to works by other contemporary composers such as Nils Frahm, Max Richter and Ryuichi Sakamoto.

Last year saw the release of his debut album In Death and the Hunger for a Thousand Lives, which made it onto several lists of the best albums of 2022. Outdoors at the Festival Square, you can drift away on a daydream with excerpts from this strong, atmospheric record.
