Erik Harstad & The Buzz Brothers
For a number of years, Erik Harstad has traveled the country with various blues bands. In recent times, he has awakened
live band Erik Harstad & The Buzz Brothers. The band delivers high quality music. A bundle
eminent musicians who together create blues music with a modern expression, full of brilliance
solo parts and catchy rhythms. The repertoire is clearly inspired by classic American blues from the 50s
and the 60s, performed in a playful and elegant way. The song material is a good mix of
self-composed music and songs by artists such as Freddie King and Ronnie Earl. In 2017, Erik received the award
"Music promoter of the year" in Ringsaker municipality.
Svein Åge Lillehamre is an established and sought-after musician. He oozes routine and is a frequently used one
studio and freelance musician. Versatility is a comprehensive keyword for Svein Åge...he plays both pop,
rockabilly and rock, but together with Erik it's blues that applies!
Bill Troiani is almost an institution in the Norwegian blues community. He came to Norway more than 25 years ago
since, and during these years has built up a solid status as both bassist, vocalist and
leader of own band, Billy T Band. Together with Erik, he is mainly a bassist, but that will also be the case
opportunity to hear him sing.
