About the concert
Behind Trash are Hamilton and Mikkelsen – two classically trained percussionists with a solid background from professional symphony orchestras, theaters and ensembles. Now they take their skills to new heights and deliver a show that is bursting with energy, rhythm and raw creativity!

In Trash, everyday objects such as trash, bicycles, cans, plastic pipes and containers are transformed into powerful instruments in a performance that is guaranteed to captivate the audience from the first second.

TRASH ROADWORK is their new production – a rhythmic journey through the city's pulsating sounds and living noise. Here, the music is built on tools, scaffolding, pipes, signs and wheelbarrows, and everything is fused together into an unforgettable sound experience.

The audience is an important part of the show! With infectious energy, Trash invites everyone to participate and create music together, in close interaction with the symphony orchestra.

The concert offers well-known tunes from masters such as Dvořák, Strauss, Bizet, Shostakovich, Prokofiev and Schifrin.

The duo has more than 500 concerts behind them in the Nordic countries, Germany and the Baltics – as well as performances for TV2, the Nordic Council of Ministers, UEFA and the Copenhagen Jazz Festival.
