Participants create their own version of sauerkraut, fermented carrots and other fermented vegetables.
We create exciting and tasty food that makes the stomach healthy and happy!
Vegetables and spices are included in the fee.
Equipment that participants will have to bring with them:
- cutting board
- Good knife
- 2 mason jar/glass with large opening(approx 0,4 L)
*It requires no special prior knowledge or experience to join.
