Sounds from the mountain and songs from the city by the water’s edge at Skomakerdiket.
While the May evening is closing in, people find a place to sit down in the beautiful nature. By Skomakerdiket – a ten-minute walk from Fløibanen’s topmost station – sounds from the mountain and songs from the city will resound across the water.
Musician and composer Gabriel Fliflet has gathered a brilliant team of musician friends for an outdoors concert of great variety: from experimental canoe music and yodelling to melodious songs about the life in the city – and, of course, ‘Byen e’ Bergen’! Rhythmical poet Erlend O. Nødtvedt and Gabriel Fliflet will also perform lyrics and songs crated especially for the occasion. Lyrical sounds will slowly rise up the green mountain side. Everyone will join in the singing. In short – this will be both mysterious and fun.
Come out and up with us!
