Folk workshop Trondheim: Fix your clothes
🧡 "Nice to get it done" & "There's a good vibe" 🧡
✨ Come to Folkeverksted at Møllenberg to learn about reuse, repairs and redesign, an offer from Framtiden i våre hender (Future in our hands)!
👖 Main theme every Tuesday in May: Fix your clothes - We'll show you how! Here you can bring your trousers that are too long, your jeans that are torn, your sweater that has holes, and your shirt that is missing a button, to name a few possibillities. 👕
🧵 You don't need previous sewing experience. We will guide you, and we have the sewing machines and sewing supplies you need. If you need materials such as zippers, bias tape and lining fabric, please bring them yourself.
🪡 The course is held by Veronica Stenhaug, who has a background as a dressmaker and as a teacher in arts and crafts.
📍 Møllenberghjørnet, Haldens gate 22, 7043 Trondheim
📆 Courses every Tuesday at 5:00 PM - 7:30 PM
🙏 Free for those under 25, 150 NOK per evening for members, and 300 NOK for others
🍽️ Includes a small plant-based meal
😎 No registration, first come, first served!
✅ We make and fix things from various recycled materials every Tuesday. Stay tuned for more courses!
🙌 Thanks to Bufdir, Gjensidigestiftelsen and Grieg Foundation for funding, and to Møllenbergsatsinga for the premises!
