Free sauna on World Mental Health Day
Call a friend. World Mental Health Day is 10 October. This year's campaign encourages you to set aside 8 minutes to call someone you care about.
Now you can call a friend and invite them to a free sauna, a refreshing ice bath and a warm chat. We fire up all the saunas and our team is ready to welcome you from 07.00-10.00. We offer aufguss rituals, meditation and relaxation.
An ice-cold bath and a hot sauna can have a positive effect on mental health. within Research shows that regular sauna use can improve heart health, quality of life, strengthen the immune system and improve mood.
2 tickets per person. First man in. Bring swimwear and a towel (it is possible to rent a towel and buy coffee)
