Messing Up is a brass quintet from the Norwegian Academy of Music in Oslo, When the corona pandemic startet there were a limit set in place at the music academy, that prohibited groups larger than five musicians.  Because of this the quintet became close, both in music and personally. After taking the music out of the practice rooms and out to an audience Messing Up have had multiple gigs. The biggest accomplishment of Messing Up was winning "Best Chambergroup" during the Norwegian National Youth Music Championship in 2022.

Messing Up are devoted to both musical quality, originality, playfulness as well as conveying music in their own way. Messing Up wishes to give the audience a broad spectrum of musical ideas and genres. The repertoire for this concert will stretch itself from the renaissance to modern jazz, and of course music from the romantic period with music from Bergens pride and joy, Edvard Grieg.
