Guided tours for the whole family of Josh Kline's exhibition Antibodies!
Families with children are invited to a guided tour of Josh Kline's exhibition Antibodies. The tour will offer reflections on what we think the future looks like, why adults work so much, and what a robot can do, as well as wonderings about what art can be and which stories we discover through the artworks in the exhibitions.
Knowledgeable and dedicated guides create a dialogue-based tour adapted to the different age groups by using terms and perspectives that children understand and relate to. Children experience visual experiences differently. What one chil finds exciting and strange, another child will find frightening. Parents are therefore encouraged to familiarise themselves with the exhibition beforehand.
The aim is to awaken curiosity, interest and reflections in the face of contemporary art.
These last few year, american artist Josh Kline (b. 1979) has set his mark with his thought-provoking work focusing on the technological, economic and biological changes that impact 21st century humans. Read more about the exhibition.
Attendance is free for members of the Astrup Fearnley Museet Art club.
The guided family tour is 50 NOK per person, in addition to the entrance ticket. Children do not pay.
