Relax your body and mind with hatha-yoga! We teach the system of yoga exercises, centered around postures or asanas, that aims to bring about harmony between the physical body and the breath. Asanas and pranayama (breathing exercises) clear the subtle energy channels enabling you to increasingly experience the life force within the body. On this 2-hour class, our yoga teacher Ruben will take you through a warm-up with breathing exercises and soft movements, continue with a more physical section where you get the energy flowing in your body, and round off with more soothing yoga postures and a guided deep relaxation. Ruben takes inspiration from the yoga retreats he has attended to all over the world, and mixes elements of ashtanga- and power-yoga in a flowing, breathing-focused yoga style.
