Hilary Hahn first performed as a soloist at just 11 years of age. She debuted at Carnegie Hall as a 17-year-old and has since played concerts across the world, both as a chamber musician and as a soloist accompanied by major orchestras. She will now perform a solo concert at the Oslo Opera House, accompanied by pianist Robert Levin.
Hahn has recorded a number of critically acclaimed albums, and has received three Grammys for her work. She is particularly well-known for her poetic and lyrical tone and virtuosity, as well as for her creative repertoire choices and cross-genre collaborations.
