The day before Circa takes the performance Humans 2.0 into Grieghallen, they make an appearance at the Festival Square to give the city a glimpse of their world of human towers and bodies who seem to be unfamiliar with gravity.

Humans 2.0 is a symphony of acrobatics, sound and light, where physical limits are pushed to their extreme. This Saturday at the Festival Square, there will be an excerpt of this intimate, primal and engaging performance about the challenge of being human.

Since 2004, Circa has toured the world performing in more than 40 countries where they have been greeted by standing ovations and rave reviews. Circa is at the forefront of the new wave of contemporary Australian circus – pioneering how extreme physicality can create powerful and moving performances. It continues to push the boundaries of the art form, blurring the lines between movement, dance, theatre and circus, compelled by the question 'what is possible in circus?'
