A playful and varied one-man review
Torfinn Nag can look back on a long career in theatre, both on stage and off – as a creative jack-of-all-theatre-trades. The last 15 years he has worked mainly as a stage director, but he has also found time to act – his first love. In this one-man review, we’ll see snippets of the many sorts of humor he has performed through the years. You’ll see stand-up comedy, crazy stories about life on and back stage, mime, monologs and corps music for bedpan and coronet. Torfinn can also play the saw – but can you guess what melody he’s playing? Perhaps you’ll win the contest – there will be nice prizes! Torfinn is proud that his virtuosity on the saw gives mediocrity a public face.
Together with Arne Hovda, Torfinn promises upbeat music and terrible lyrics, some of which were featured on Torfinn’s album Belly Button from 2014. Some jazz may be heard as well.
