Jolly Jumper & Big Moe m/ The Jimbo Jambo Band - Ættermiddagsblues
Jolly Jumper & Big Moe are currently full of energy, and throughout 2023 they will be celebrating 30 years together on the road. Kjell Inge Fischer Brovoll, alias Jolly Jumper, comes from Helgeland, but has lived in Stjørdal since the 1980s. Kjell Inge is also the general manager of the Blues in Hell festival and one of Norway's most blues harmonica players and singers.
Jan Erik Moe, alias Big Moe comes from Steinkjer and has been playing blues since 1965. He also played in PRUDENCE, perhaps Norway's biggest rock band of all time. Both of them are among the elite in Norwegian blues, and for the past 30 years have been among the most popular and in demand at festivals and club concerts both at home and abroad. To Trondheim this Saturday before Christmas, they bring their permanent band "The Jimbo Jambo Band", which consists of Daniel Trustrup Røssing on piano and Arne Skognes on drums and cymbals.
