JP Harris' Dreadful Wind & Rain and John R. Miller

With 'Don't You Marry No Railroad Man', JP Harris debut under the artist name JP Harris' Dreadful Wind & Rain, he pays tribute to the mysterious and truly old-fashioned American music together with the phenomenal fiddler Chance McCoy (Old Crow Medicine Show).
The old timeless melodies from Appalachian songs that Harris himself has danced, played and attached to, over the years have received new interpretations.

John R Miller is a guitarist, singer and songwriter who has gained a reputation for being a talented instrumentalist and songwriter. His music carries the twang-like sound of country, late night feeling from the blues and the defiance of rock'n'roll, which is further enhanced by the excellent second album ' Depreciated 'which was released via Rounder in July 2021.

On this joint tour, JP and John each play their own set, where they accompany each other. The duo also gets help from violinist Chloe Edmonstone, who can be heard on John R Miller's 'Depreciated'.
