TrondheimFOLK is celebrating 10 years as an organizer and on this occasion we are pleased to invite you to a great anniversary weekend, September 5th and 6th. On the second day of the anniversary celebration, we will start in beautiful surroundings at Rotvoll artist collective, where there will be courses in folk dancing, playing the fiddle, playing the accordion and a youth gathering. If you want to help get good at dancing and get to know nice people, come and join the junior gathering and class!

The class starts at 11:00.
Shared lunch (included in the registration fee) from 13:00 - 14:00. 
End of class 16:00.
The participants from the junior gathering are invited to play some tunes at the evening dance party “Trondheim GammelGroove” under the leadership of Sturla Eide. 

The junior gathering will be led by Sturla Eide, one of the luminaries of traditional music from Meldal and Orkladalen. The gathering will focus on continuing the material from the TrønderFOLK project, a regional initiative project for junior groups, led by Sturla Eide.

Level: open to new musicians of all ages.

The event is part of TrondheimFOLK’s 10th anniversary weekend.
- The junior ticket (18 years and younger) applies to the junior collection on Saturday, and includes admission (13 yrs + and with guardian) to Ravelender on Friday and GammelGroove on Saturday. The guardian buys regular ticket to Ravelender and GammelGroove. Max 3 children per adult.
- Adults/full price: Discounted tickets available when purchasing 3 or more (for the same event or for 3 different events).
