With their debut album Quiet Is the New Loud, Kings of Convenience redefined what quiet pop could be, becoming a natural reference point for a generation of artists who sought intimacy and finely tuned expression over high volume and large productions. The follow-ups Riot on an Empty Street and Declaration of Dependence further solidified their position as masters of harmonies, subtle messages and timeless songwriting.

After several years of waiting, Peace or Love finally arrived in 2021 – a brilliantly received release that sent the duo on a nearly three-year run of sold-out concerts around the world. Rumor has it that Eirik and Erlend are working on what could be their fifth album. But before new studio adventures see the light of day, they embark on a short and exclusive tour – and we couldn’t be happier to welcome them to Byscenen after they unfortunately had to cancel last year’s performance due to a splinter in their finger.
