Every Thursday and Friday, the lavvu stays open late until 10:00 pm, and during these evenings you can enjoy live music in a cozy Christmas atmosphere. 

This Friday, Åsne Fossmark and Isak Hungnes invite you to an evening of pre-Christmas jazz at the Christmas Market!

The duo met through the Jazz Program in Trondheim and have been performing together since the autumn of 2019 in various constellations and bands. Their shared passion lies in the classic American jazz tradition, drawing inspiration from greats such as Keith Jarrett and Stan Getz.

This evening, they present a selection of beloved jazz standards in a fresh duo format – and don’t be surprised if a few familiar Christmas tunes make their way into the set as well. Sit back, relax, and let the warmth of the music and the atmosphere in the lavvu carry you into the holiday spirit.
