A low-threshold offer for those who want to work out and sweat to music!
This is a pilot project at Feministhuset and will initially be held THURSDAYS November 13, November 20, November 27, December 4 and December 11. All days from 1000-1050.
The offer is free and open to all genders, ages and fitness levels.
The offer is led by Karstein Solli, who has taught at several dance education institutions and is a well-known educator and performing artist (and frequent collaborator with Panter Tanter Produksjoner)
Participants are encouraged to tip 50 NOK to Feministhuset upon arrival. The house is open 15 minutes before the start of the training.
About the training: Move mix
This is a training where you sweat from training that is a mix of dance, good music and movement! The offer is suitable for everyone! The music is varied and inspired by styles such as house, electronica, pop, Latin, Balkan beats, world, etc. Each song has its own choreography with simple and playful coordination. The class is rounded off with a good stretch and warm-up. Bring clothes to move in and good shoes! Towel and or yoga mat for the stretching.
