For our lutefisk loving guests this year we serve lutefisk on weekdays.
Our toppings to lutefisk meets most wishes. Mustard sauce made of dijon mustard, brown sirup, lefser, coarse mustard, home made puree of green peas, grated goat cheese, floury almond potatoes and smoked bacon from our supplier in Åkrafjorden.
We always serve lutefisk two times, or three if you would wish so! Get together your love ones, colleagues, customers, friends and enjoy lutefisk at Kronen Gaard!
