Makker is an exploratory dance performance for young people with diverse abilities, and their adults. In the performance, we invite several forms of closeness, contact, and community. Together, we can become something more and different, both for ourselves and for each other.

Having a “makker” (buddy) means having someone to share something with, or someone to be with. The stage design in Makker consists of large, tactile objects that can inspire and activate movement; a space where we can be differently bodied individuals who discover the "terrain" in our own ways. As the space gradually changes, different moods and worlds emerge, which everyone can experience through their own imagination.
