MAKTA Komponistlag will be on tour with the music for a fictional season of the hit series.

The TV series MAKTA (NRK) attracted a lot of attention both nationally and internationally, not least for its unconventional and bold music. Film composer and producer Kåre Chr. Vestrheim was commissioned to create a soundtrack with an anarchic, reckless and playful expression, and that before the recordings existed. He invited a team to do the job: The creative musicians/composers/producers Eivind Helgerød, Andréa Louise Horstad and Kristoffer Lo. 

"MAKTA – Season X" is a soundtrack without images, and exists only in the music. Even though it will never be seen, it gives us the opportunity to explore the series' universe through sound alone, where moods, emotions and political power are given new life detached from the visual, says Kåre Chr. Vestrheim.
