Do you like manga? Upolert invites you to a manga workshop with Hiwar Nheli, where YOU can learn from a real manga artist how to draw in manga style. Hiwar will give a brief overview of the history and characteristics of manga before we learn about drawing styles and techniques and practice the art.

Whether you have barely drawn a lineman, or you have previous experience, come, come to an educational evening where we unlock new skills and knowledge.

We have all the equipment (so you don't need to bring anything), and of course there will be cocoa, Christmas snacks and a good atmosphere!

NOTE! This is an Upolert event for young people between 13-25 years old. It is FREE, but requires registration, i.e. a hoopla ticket.

About Hiwar Nehli:
Hiwar is the creator of the manga series Mantikorens Kongerike, which is published by Outland Forlag, and is also a manga teacher at Bjerkely FHS. He has drawn manga, given courses and taught for many years.
